A Walk in Point Walter with Greg Nannup
from Indigenous Tours WA
Join us and take a journey of discovery into the lives of the First Australians...
Greg Nannup will be our guide. The Nannup family possess a connection to Wadjuk country dating back thousands of years and has a passion for sharing and promoting Indigenous Heritage and keeping our culture alive in the Perth Metropolitan area.
We invite you to take a journey with us and experience a cultural session with our Indigenous Guide. Discover the local plants to the area including the kissing trees. Learn about the ancient aboriginal marriage system and listen to the dreamtime story of the local area. The Wadjuk had plenty of bush tucker to eat, many stories to tell and a Dreaming that still continues today.
Sara Elderfield (Centre for Movement Studies & Yoga Moves owner) will be present with you during the walk but not leading the session.
