In this course, there are opportunities to observe your internal experience and move in a mindful way:

In this course you can expect to learn about and practice mindfulness and meditation, grounding, making choices and feeling empowered in your body, emotional and autonomic regulation, distress tolerance, interoception and breath awareness. This is a Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practice, an evidence-based intervention for complex trauma and post- traumatic stress.
