Discover your equilibrium through mindful movement

Join us for an inspiring session on embodying balance, where we’ll explore the connection between stability, harmony, and movement. Through the Feldenkrais Method, we’ll creatively solve "body puzzles," unlocking new pathways for physical and mental alignment.

By internalizing balance through physical experience, you’ll deepen your understanding of stability beyond intellectual reasoning. This practice fosters a sense of alignment between mind and body, helping you move, stand, and act with grace and confidence. Learn how to adjust and adapt to life’s challenges, cultivating resilience and poise in both body and mind.

Immersion 2 - (Experienced)

Discover the transformative benefits of a flexible torso in this Feldenkrais series, where we’ll creatively solve "body puzzles" to enhance your movement and well-being. Through gentle, mindful lessons, you’ll learn to unlock new pathways of mobility, balance, and coordination in your body.

Foundations

for Beginners or Reviewers (level 1)

Level 1 returns in January 2025 as a 10 day Immersion or on Wednesday mornings in term 1

This course is the start point for those wanting to learn a dynamic movement practice/sequence which develops and improves flexibility, balance, co-ordination, responsiveness, sensitivity, energy, joy, a sense of groundedness and spaciousness… Feldenkrais meets yoga meets meditation meets life…
